VIRTUAL SERIES – BREASTFEEDING Bootcamp

Breastfeeding can be hard,
but it doesn’t have to be

Our series of Breastfeeding Bootcamp classes are meant to educate you on everything breastfeeding, so you can start your journey more prepared.

While 60% of breastfeeding mothers stop breastfeeding earlier than desired1, women who attend prenatal breastfeeding classes are more likely to meet their breastfeeding goals.2

Introducing: Breastfeeding Bootcamp

Led by lactation specialists, this 4 class virtual series will teach you everything you need to know about the world of breastfeeding, from colostrum and latching to letdown and pumping, so that you can start your journey with confidence.

Class 1: Choosing Your Feeding Plan

In this opening session, we’re diving into the realm of feeding plans. Whether you’re leaning towards breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or considering a combination, we’ll guide you through the decision-making process. We’ll also sprinkle some stardust on setting realistic expectations because let’s face it, babies come with their own agenda, and we’re here to help you navigate it.

Class 2: First Days Download

We’ll cover everything from decoding baby hunger cues, finding that elusive “good latch,” and creating a comfortable nursing environment (trust us, finding the perfect pillow formation is an art). It’s like the crash course you never knew you needed to ace the early days of feeding.

Class 3: Addressing Common Breastfeeding Challenges & Solutions

It’s time to talk about the bumps on the breastfeeding road. Engorgement, sore nipples, supply hiccups – we’ve seen it all and have the strategies to tackle these challenges. From troubleshooting latch issues to navigating those moments when it seems like your little one has their own opinion about feeding, we’ve got the hacks to help you power through.

Class 4: Group Lactation Q&A – Ask Away!

In our final class, bring your burning questions, share your anecdotes, and let’s dive into a group Q&A session. This is your chance to tap into the collective wisdom of our community, led by our consultants, where no question is too big, too small, or too offbeat. Because let’s be real, sometimes the most unexpected questions lead to the best conversations.
