Welcome to Boram and congratulations on your little one! We’re so excited to take care of you as you start this journey.
We know that there is a lot happening all at once, so we hope this guide will help break things out a bit.

Our Care Associates are available to provide personalized educational, emotional, and practical support and guidance for recovery. Our Care Associates also monitor our 24/7 Baby Room. We maintain a minimum ratio of 4:1 Couplets to Care Associates (as a reference, hospitals are typically 8:1).

Reservations may be extended based on availability. If you’d like to extend your stay, please contact our Reservations Team at (917) 905-8411.
Your member portal (https://members.boramcare.com) will have additional information about your stay. Please log on utilizing the email you used to make your reservation. Your portal will give you access to booking a massage, our Boram Class/Event Schedule, your baby monitor, extending your reservation, and a direct line to our managers.
To Log into the member portal, go to members.boramcare.com and enter the email you used to make your reservation. The Home tab should be updated with new options for you during your stay. If you don’t see these options, please ensure that you are logged in with the correct email address by checking the Profile tab.
During your stay, our care team can assist you with:
If you would like to send your baby to the Baby Room, simply text your care team to come pick up the baby. You can view your baby on the monitors in the Member Portal. Please use your email to log in. The email is the same one you used to make your reservation.
We can assist with all breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding needs including preparing bottles and sterilization. Please prepare for at least 1 hour of sterilization.
Massages can be booked for an additional fee ($250) from the Member Portal. Our massage therapists have extensive experience working with new moms and cater each massage to the needs of the guests. If you do not see a time that works for you, please let a member of our care team know.
You are welcome to come and go from the hotel with your baby as you choose. If you need to leave your baby in the baby room, please discuss with your care team.
To conserve waste and protect the environment, we do not overstock rooms with supplies as they will have to be discarded if unused after your stay. Please also let us know your baby’s diaper size so we can assure to stock your bassinet shortly after check in.

For any supplies outside of those provided, there is a Duane Reade located at the corner of 6th Avenue and 57th Street.
Bottle warmers and cleaning supplies can be made available upon request if you would like to prepare your own bottles and/or clean your own bottles/pump parts.
We will launder Boram provided baby shirts, swaddles, and sheets during your stay.
We’re delighted to provide three daily meals to support your recovery, starting with dinner on the day you arrive and ending with breakfast on your departure day.
Please select one item from the available options for each meal. You’re welcome to add more items if you’d like, but any additional items beyond your inclusive package will need to be processed directly with the hotel and will incur an extra charge.
Seaweed soup aids in postpartum recovery by providing essential nutrients to replenish energy levels and support lactation. This nutritious soup is now available for purchase in 16 oz. microwavable containers. Each order requires a minimum purchase of 5 containers, priced at $50 in total.
To ensure we have your order ready, please let us know prior to your arrival at our retreat. If not, please place the order at least 24 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, availability may be limited. To place your order or for any inquiries, please contact our team.
Boram has partnered with Park Lane to deliver you the best postpartum experience we can. To that end, certain services are provided directly by the hotel.
Please call Housekeeping on the hotel phone to schedule housekeeping. If you are leaving the facility, let your Care Associate know so they can assure the room is cleaned while you are out.
The Park Lane has several on-site dining options
As guests of Boram Care staying at the Park Lane, you have access to all hotel amenities including the fitness center located on the 5th Floor. Please inquire for more information at the hotel reception.
The Boram Care Team works together to provide you with the best care and support possible. If you’d like to provide a tip to the Care Team, please use the Venmo account @boramcare-tlny or use the barcode provided in your room. If you do not have Venmo, please contact the manager on-site to assist. Tips are greatly appreciated, but not required.
The Park Lane housekeeping and porter staff work hard to ensure your stay is comfortable. Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated, but not required.
Hotel incidentals (room service, parking, etc) will be added to your Boram folio and charged to your card on file with us at the end of your stay.
Checkout is at 11am. On the day prior to your checkout, a Care Team member will meet with you to see what we can do to support you through the transition home and share available support resources and check out details. Please do not take any Boram linens home with you, we need them for all future Boram babies!
